ไม้พื้นพริม่า ไพน์ ผลิตจากไม้สนเรดิเอต้าที่มาจากป่าปลูกคัดเกรดพิเศษจากประเทศนิวซีแลนด์ โดยส่วนของต้นไม้ที่นำมาผลิตเป็นส่วนที่ดีที่สุด โดยในแต่ละกระบวนการผลิต ตั้งแต่ ป่าปลูก จนถึง โรงงานผลิต ได้ถูกออกแบบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพดีที่สุด และทั้งยังมีของเสียจากขบวนการผลิตที่น้อยที่สุดอีกด้วย และด้วยการพัฒนาศึกษาเทคโนโลยีทางเคมี การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการรักษาเนื้อไม้ทำให้นํ้ายารักษาเนื้อไม้ที่สามารถแทรกซึมเข้าไปในเซลล์ของไม้ได้ 100% ซึ่งทำให้ไม้พื้นพริม่า ไพน์ เป็นไม้พื้นที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับงานพื้นภายนอก ทั้งความสวยงามในลายไม้ ความคงทน ให้สวยงามและอยู่คู่บ้าน ได้ยาวนานกว่าไม้ในท้องตลาดทั่วไป
ไม้พื้นพริม่า ไพน์ สามารถใช้ตบแต่งบ้านเรือนที่อยู่อาศัย โรงแรม งานโครงการทั่วไป อาจเป็นส่วนของระเบียงภายนอกบ้าน พื้นบริเวณสระว่ายนํ้า พื้นทางเดิน เพื่อยกระดับที่อยู่อาศัย ให้มีมูลค่าสูงขึ้น ผนวกกับความเป็นธรรมชาติจากไม้จริง ทั้งความสวยงามของลายไม้ควบคู่กันกับความคงทนของไม้

Grading Specifications
Grading specifications based on each individual piece.
Each piece shall be graded individually to comply with the standard grading specifications for N01, N02 and N03 Clears.

• N01 Clears: Free of knots and defects on two faces and two edges.
• N02 Clears: Free of knots and defects on one face and two edges.
• N03 Clears: Free of knots and defects on one face. |

• Grading specifications based on each individual piece of furniture component.
• Knots and holes shall not exceed one-half of the cross section, or in pieces exceeding 150mm one-third of the cross section.
• Pith not restricted.
• Spike knots shall not exceed one-third of the cross section.
• Wane not to exceed one quarter of the thickness on the face and edge.
• Resin pockets not restricted. |

Finishing
ไม้พื้นพริม่า ไพน์ สามารถติดตั้งโดยไม่ต้องเคลือบสี โดยสีสุดท้ายของไม้จะเป็นสีเงินธรรมชาติ หรือ อาจสามารถทำการเคลือบสีย้อมไม้กรณีต้องการให้ไม้พื้นมีเฉดสีเข้ากับสีของตัวอาคาร หรือความต้องการอื่นๆ
Fixing
การยึดไม้พื้น พริม่าไพน์ สามารถทำการติดยึดโดยการให้ ตะปู หรือตะปูเกลียว ซึ่งควรเลือกที่มีสารเคลือบป้องกันสนิม เช่น กัลวาไนซ์(Hot dipped galvanized) หรือ
สเตนเลส (stainless steel) ตามความเหมาะสมหน้างาน โดยข้อแนะนำควรใช้ตะปูกัลวาไนซ์เกลียว(Hot dipped galvanized spiral nail)
